21 Day Workout Challenge

We have been feeling in a bit of a workout rut lately and that is why we are starting our 21-day workout challenge! Did you know it takes 21 days to form a new habit? Yes, it is true and that is why we are dedicating 30 minutes each day to getting our bodies in motion for 21 days! You can do anything for just 30 minutes, right?  If you need to get back in motion or maybe you need to get in motion for the first time in a long time, join us! We are going to be working out with you and we have already had an amazing response on social media from women who are in it to win it!

Here is what you need to do:

1.) Sign up for our mailing list and we will give you updates on our progress as well as feature you and the other amazing women joining our challenge to help keep us motivated.

2.) Start Day is this Monday, May 14, 2018. 

3.) Workout for 30 minutes each day. This can be anything that gets your body moving. The goal is the break a sweat each day doing something you enjoy.

4.) Take photos and or IG videos of your workouts, sweaty selfies, and or share how you are feeling about the challenge etc. and tag @healthyisthenewskinny @katiewillcox on Instagram and #21daychallenge to be featured on our page.

5.) Invite your followers, friends, and family to join you! That is what this is all about! Let's get healthy together.
