Broccoli Pasta Salad Remix

When I made the broccoli pasta recipe, I decided to get creative and do a broccoli pasta remix! I am not afraid of carbs and love them in moderation! That being said, I tried to at least match my carb intake with veggies per meal. Instead of eating an entire bowl of just the pasta, I added some arugula, avocado, sunflower seeds, and a scoop of the broccoli pasta to make this delicious salad!

The goal with healthy eating is creativity! The more fun you have with your meals and recipes, the more you realize how easy it is to change things up for a little salad remix!
