Easy Pumpkin Spice Muffins - Only 2 Ingredients

These are the world’s easiest muffins your family with love. Here is what you need:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Box of spiced cake mix

  • 1 can of pumpkin

I know you are probably thinking, really? That is it? YES!!!! And they are so good!

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix pumpkin and cake mix in a bowl with a hand mixer. If you don’t have one, you can mix it with a spoon but you will get little balls of the cake mix like in my pic :) Taste the same, so don’t worry, be happy and enjoy these delicious muffins!

  • Use a non-stick muffin pan and grease the cups to make sure they don’t stick.

  • Fill each cup 2/3 full with mix.

  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or so. You can stick a toothpick inside a muffin to check, if it comes out clean they are ready, if there is batter on the toothpick let them cook a little longer.

  • We love to top these muffins with butter and honey! So good! Enjoy!
